At Direct Trees, we aim to make ordering and receiving your trees as easy, affordable, and hassle-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery and returns process.
Delivery Information
We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of just £5.99 per order for most of mainland England, Scotland, and Wales, no matter how many trees you order!
For some locations, additional courier surcharges apply, which will be calculated at checkout:
- Northern Ireland – Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver.
- Scottish Highlands – £30 surcharge.
- Scottish Islands – £30 surcharge.
Free Delivery on Orders Over £150
Spend over £150 (excluding surcharged areas), and we’ll deliver your order free of charge!
How We Pack & Deliver Your Trees
All our trees are carefully hand-picked, packed, and dispatched from our Norfolk nursery by our trained team. We use specially designed packaging to ensure your trees arrive fresh, healthy, and ready to plant.
Dispatch Time – Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Delivery Time – Once dispatched, our trusted courier partners aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.

Click & Collect – Save 10%!
Want to save 10% on your order? Choose our Click & Collect service and pick up your trees directly from our Norfolk nursery.

All collections are from Mill Hill Nursery, Pott Row, near the historic market town of King’s Lynn, Norfolk.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your trees. If you need to return an order, please follow these steps:
- Returns must be made within 28 days of delivery.
- Trees must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they arrived.
- Once we inspect the returned items and confirm they are in good condition, we will issue a full refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Although we take great care in packing your trees, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email with:
- A clear photo showing the damage.
- Your order number, full name, and contact details.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
One of our friendly team members will review your case and respond within 48 working hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
