Because trees are living plants, their long-term success depends on the environment they’re planted in and the care they receive. While we can’t offer an extended guarantee beyond delivery, we stand by the initial quality of every tree we send out.

If your tree arrives damaged or looking unwell, please don’t worry—just send us a quick email with a photo, and we’ll put things right with a replacement or a refund.

Do you have a shop?

No, we are an online-only retailer. This helps us keep costs down and pass on the savings to you, so you get top-quality trees at the best possible prices.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! Your personal information is fully encrypted and protected when you check out. You can order with confidence, knowing that your details are safe.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes! All our prices already include VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.

How will my trees be delivered?

We send all our orders by courier, carefully packed in sturdy, specially designed packaging to keep your trees safe in transit. We guarantee they’ll arrive in perfect condition, ready for planting.

How much does delivery cost?

We keep things simple:

  • Flat rate of £5.99 for postage and packing, no matter how many trees you order.
  • Free delivery on all orders over £150.
  • Some areas in the UK may incur a small surcharge—full details can be found here.

Want to save 10%? We also offer a collection service if you’d like to pick up your order in person!

What if I need to return my order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you do need to return an item, please do so within 28 days, keeping it in its original packaging. You can find full details on how to return your order here.

Do you grow the trees you sell?

Yes! The vast majority of our trees are grown and cared for at our own five-acre nursery in Norfolk. Our expert horticulturists carefully nurture them, ensuring they are strong, healthy, and ready to flourish when they arrive with you.

Once planted and properly cared for, our trees have an excellent survival rate—so you can buy with confidence!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

For orders over £99, you can also spread the cost using PayPal Credit (subject to status), allowing you to pay in four monthly instalments.
